I found the staff consistently kind. They quickly fulfilled my request for a kettle and extra hangers. The hotel provided a pet-friendly room for my two cats, which relieved a lot of stress. I appreciated this accommodation greatly.

The thermostat wasn't working so i had to open a window.

I was impressed by the spaciousness of my room. The bath offered a perfect relaxation after a busy day. The central heating maintained a consistent comfortable temperature, contributing to a very enjoyable stay.

The overflowing garbage bin near the entrance made a negative first impression.

Nice Moments in a Lovely Place

The hotel had thoughtful details. They provided welcome signage. Room upgrades for us, were so nice. The staff helped with last-minute coordination, I found it amazing. The team was so organized managing our room block, they ensured our group felt cared for. Parking was so easy here, I liked it.

The elevators did not work so good. We waited a lot each time to get to the second floor. There were no stairs to our floor, only to outside. It made moving about tough
